Your feelings are normal and natural. The problem is that we have been socialized to believe that these feelings are abnormal and unnatural.
Navigating big changes in life has become my specialty. Like so many I am the child of divorced parents and have experienced the loss of significant relationships, the most impact being both the loss of relationship with my father when I was a teen, and the death of my husband before I turned 40 (although there have been many more). For many years I dealt with my grief on my own and made some big mistakes along the way. The Grief Recovery Method helped me to sort through my feelings, gave me the ability to leave the old thoughts and feelings behind and to be able to move forward in hope and joy. This has become a passion for me - to help others to move beyond the pain and grief and begin leading a more joy-filled life.
I am located in the Morristown, New Jersey area and offer in-person:
* One-to-One Grief Recovery - Meet twice per week for 4 weeks (7 sessions in total)
* Small Group Grief Recovery - Meet twice per week for 6 weeks (12 sessions in total)
I am certified in both Life and Health Coaching and have been helping clients reach their goals since 2016. With a background in corporate Learning & Development and Project Management, I am able to bring the structure, strategy, and accountability that keeps us focused along with compassion and empathy with those who grieve. My two sons are "grown and flown." I enjoy spending my free time outside hiking, walking, photographing nature, I also love to cook and sing.
